• Take the Cycladic charm of Hora and enjoy the view from the venetian castle 📍Chora. The picturesque chapel is located at the top of Kastro, on the highest spot of Chora (251m). Its location provides an amazing view of the sea and the close islands. Small in size and white in color, this chapel was renovated in 1928.

• Explore the old mines and admire the epic sunset📍Mega Livadi. The mines of Serifos, which have now been abandoned, provided an important income to the inhabitants of the island till 1964, when they closed. They also worked in ancient times.

• Visit Grias Castle 📍Koutalas. The name of the castle means the Castle of the Old Woman and it is constructed on a hill overlooking the Aegean Sea.

• Visit cave of Koutala📍Koutalas. The cave of Koutalas, also known as the cave of Cyclops, is located to the west of Koutalas beach, on the south western part of Serifos island. The cave was unknown for centuries until it was accidentally discovered in 1893 by miners

• Visit the Folklore Museum📍Kato Chora. The Folklore Museum in Chora displays photographs, agricultural tools, mines from the island and generally items that present life on Serifos till a few decades ago.

• Visit the Archaeological museum📍Livadi. It exhibits mostly Hellenistic and Roman antiquities, such as parts of temples, funeral columns, and statues.
• Visit The Cyclops Throne📍Mega Livadi. Offering a wonderful panoramic view of the southwestern side of the island of Serifos, the Cape of the Cyclops is a must-see. Here you will find the Cyclops Throne or “Psaropyrgos” as the locals call it. Sit on this giant armchair shaped formation made from giant rocks. It is thought that it was built during the late 4th century BC or possibly during the Hellenistic period.

• Walk To The White Tower📍Megalo Chorio. Built around the 4th century BC, the White Tower (Aspros Pirgos in Greek) is a fine example of ancient defensive architecture. It used to be a massive construction that most probably functioned as an observation point to control and protect the area’s mines.

• Visit the Chrysoloras Winery📍Galani. Chrysoloras biological vineyars grow in Serifos, where the small modern winery has been contructed. The whole holding is exclusively organic, waterless and of a low yield per hectare.
• Hike SERIFOS Trails. You might be surprised, but Serifos is a walker’s island with a mountainous terrain that provides a number of challenging, organized paths which have been created and maintained through time, thus resulting in unique walking experiences.

• Savour The Local Food. The island of Serifos produces many foods and drink that include: marathotiganites (deep-fried fennel pies), revithada (chickpea stew), fava (puréed fava beans) and mizithra, a type of local cheese.

• Make Beach-hopping on the south coast of Serifos. Serifos has an abundance of beaches (the locals count more than the official 72) that are all pretty close to each other. In other words, you’ve found an island that’s perfect for beach-hopping! Our suggestions are:
